job title: Site engineer for Biomass Manufacturing Plant Location: palwal haryana Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a growing biomass manufacturing company focused on sustainable energy solutions. Currently in an expansion phase, we are adding new machinery and scaling up production capacity. We’re seeking a qualified and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee plant operations, ensure smooth implementation of upgrades, and support our mission to build a robust and efficient manufacturing system. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. • Lead the installation, commissioning, and integration of new machinery. • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during expansion. • Monitor and optimize production processes and equipment performance. • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations. • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement preventive maintenance plans. • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in biomass processing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). • Proven experience in manufacturing or plant engineering (biomass or energy sector preferred). • Strong technical and project management skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
