Site Civil Engineer

We are hiring a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of supervising workers, and able to coordinate with contractors and project managers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of construction work Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Ensure materials and work comply with quality standards Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager Maintain daily site logs and documentation Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed at the site Handle basic troubleshooting and site-level decision-making Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field) 1–5 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction processes and materials Ability to read technical drawings Good communication and team management skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary Travel allowance (if applicable) Exposure to large-scale projects Career growth opportunities
