Role Description

Site Engineer (Finishing Works)

Key Responsiblities:

• Supervise and guide labour teams in executing finishing works with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure proper installation and finishing of

  cladding,

  plastering, painting, tile and marble laying, CP Sanitary fittings, windows and door fitting

  as per design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely execution of finishing activities.
• Inspect and monitor daily work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Maintain site records including labour attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure finishing works meet the required quality benchmarks and client expectations.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and assist in preparing site-level reports for billing and procurement.
• Implement site safety measures and ensure labour teams follow health & safety protocols.
• Support the project manager in planning, sequencing, and scheduling finishing activities to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 37 years of site experience, with a strong focus on villa finishing works.
• Proven expertise in cladding, tiling, marble laying, plastering, painting, and joinery works.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate labour teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Knowledge of finishing material specifications and industry best practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential finishing works.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and finishing standards.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools and reporting formats.
• Experinece in AutoCAD and other related tools and software.
