Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines. Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases to identify and attract top IT talent. Negotiate offers and close candidates to meet hiring goals and timelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the US staffing industry. Ensure compliance with US labor laws and client-specific hiring guidelines. Train and mentor junior recruiters as needed.
