We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist who can work independently to design, develop, and implement advanced business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports. Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into data models and visualisations. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance across reporting solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while independently managing deliverables. Continuously improve reporting standards and provide actionable insights for decision-making. What Were Looking For: Proven, solid experience as a Power BI Developer/BI Specialist. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices. Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud systems, etc.).
