We are looking to hire, experienced Quality Control Experts in with Food Technology degree for our new plant in Tenkasi, Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu. Ideal candidate will have about 6 to 10 years of experience in the food products manufacturing organizations with mandatory degree in food technology. Job Description Candidate must have full working experience of managing large production facility on quality management with expertise in HACCP, FSSC22000 standards. Show demonstrated expertise in HACCP audit practices. Would be responsible for Hygiene, Raw Material Specification, Training, Product Safety, Sensory Audit, process enhancement and record keeping for all the HACCP activities in the facility. Would maintain records in compliance with FSSAI requirementsWould be responsible for all FSSAI and legal meteorology compliance Required have capability to hire and train associates for the quality team Ideal candidate will have about 6 to 10 years of experience in the food products manufacturing organizations with mandatory degree in food technology with passion towards food products quality practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
