Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter and accountant at Sip N Snack, located in Thoothukudi. The Head Waiter will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in food and beverage service. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen staff, supervising and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of service areas and maintaining day to day accounts. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Cooking knowledge and skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent
