Location: Remote (Work From Home) Work Hours: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Salary: ?15,000 ?25,000 per month (based on performance & experience) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Upwork Business Development Executive to manage our company's Upwork profile, apply for projects, and maintain consistent client communication. This role requires strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night hours. Key Responsibilities Manage and operate the company's Upwork account daily. Write and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements. Track proposals, follow up with leads, and ensure timely client responses. Identify relevant projects to bid on based on company focus. Maintain spreadsheets to track applications, responses, and project conversions. Report daily performance and weekly summary to the manager. Requirements Education: Engineering graduate OR candidate with strong understanding of technology/software projects. Previous experience with Upwork / Freelance platforms preferred (not mandatory if highly skilled in English & research). Excellent written English and ability to draft professional proposals. Strong understanding of client communication and follow-up. Comfortable working independently in the night shift (6 PM 2 AM IST).
