Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Repair Technician. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances, ensuring equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Technician will also be expected to engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction, maintain accurate records of repairs, and follow safety protocols. Qualifications Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance skills Expertise in Troubleshooting technical issues Strong Communication skills for customer interaction Dedication to Customer Satisfaction High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
