We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar energy sales team. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our customer base for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy solutions. Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans for market growth. Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation efforts through digital campaigns, cold calls, referrals, events, and third-party channels. Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their energy needs, propose customized solar solutions, and close deals. Team Training & Support: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to improve performance and productivity. Market Research: Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities. Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, project, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handover. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Deep understanding of solar technology and market dynamics Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred Shift timing: 10 am to 6 pm with sunday off and saturday will be half day 10 am to 2 pm Preferred Skills: Experience with residential, rooftop, or commercial solar sales Knowledge of net metering, subsidies, and government incentives Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy
