As a Simulation Frameworks Engineer, you will be responsible for developing Simulation Development
Environment applications to support development of Simulation Models and Simulation products for engineering teams as well as enable pilot training for various aircraft programs.

The various activities to be performed are: Simulation Development Environment applications development based on AGILE methodology. Specify, design, develop, integrate, validate and deliver the Simulation software. Write high quality code and deliver on time Defines the Product Roadmap, Sprints, release plan Develops meaningful user stories Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories Reporting progress of activity with timely escalations Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks. Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.

EDUCATION:
B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with software design and development exposure.

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years Training sessions will be conducted on different aspects of tools framework

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Strong in at least one of the following Programming languages: Java/C#/C++/Python
Good Understanding of engineering fundamentals Knowledge in modeling and simulation (Matlab, simulink) will be an added advantage. Good understanding of design patterns and architecture. Good understanding of OOPS and multithreading Good knowledge of any one database like H2, MySQL, MongoDB Any of these Frameworks:Spring Boot, Agular, Node JS, Eclipse RCP, QT, XML, Real time software. Scripting languages Python, JavaScript. Nice to have: Automation + Testing(Web based+standalone) and DevOps(awareness+hands-on)

Ability to work independently & in a team in a transnational environment. Assertive communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new skills, self-development. Ability to work in multiple projects and drive innovation initiatives. Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability.
