Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients including basic bedside care, medication assistance, and hygiene management. Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team. Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and daily nursing notes. Educate patients and families on basic healthcare and hygiene. Follow hospital protocols for infection prevention and patient safety. Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the ward and patient surroundings. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
