Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role requires a mix of sales, marketing, and relationship management skills to expand the company’s presence and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion. Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding. Track, analyze, and report business development activities and sales performance. Provide input for product/service improvements based on market feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships. Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
