If you are passionate about super high-rise construction and want to work on one of Mumbai’s most ambitious towers — this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day site activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Supervise structural & finishing works for high-rise structures Oversee formwork, concreting, shuttering & reinforcement activities Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC and safety protocols Prepare DPRs, BBS, quantity estimates & subcontractor bill verification Identify and resolve site-level technical issues Required Skills Hands-on experience with high-rise buildings ( 40+ floors ) Strong knowledge of structural works, MEP coordination & finishing Understanding of IS codes, QA/QC procedures & safety norms Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & site management tools Strong communication & leadership abilities Preferred Experience Worked with reputed developers/contractors on super high-rise projects Familiarity with MIVAN / Aluform , post-tension slabs & high-strength concrete Interested candidates can apply at: 👉 hr@bhoomigroup.com / 9152132821 or send your resume via DM.
