To enhance our beverage offerings, we are looking for a skilled Barista who not only has strong expertise in coffee brewing but also brings marketing flair and leadership qualities to manage a team effectively. Make high-quality coffee & beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Handle & train team members during events Support in promoting & upselling coffee counters at weddings/corporate events Maintain hygiene, safety & equipment care Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience Knowledge of coffee brewing & latte art Team handling & customer service skills Flexible to work on events, weekends & evenings Good communication & marketing mindset Interact with guests and ensure great service
