About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Participate in training programs to improve styling knowledge and sales effectiveness. 2. Provide professional styling recommendations based on customer profile & aesthetics 3. Educate customers about jewelry types, styling principles, and SilverBox offerings. 4. Conduct styling consultations both in-person and virtually (video or messaging platforms). 5. Represent SilverBox at styling events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and studio visits. 6. Maintain a high conversion rate by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward the perfect jewelry sets. 7. Foster repeat business by building long-term relationships with clients.
