This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Management, Team Leadership, Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Reporting and Documentation Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2-wheeler workshop.
