The role ensures smooth workflow, quality output, and timely completion of assigned jobs. 2. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up printing/offset machines before production runs. Load raw materials (paper, ink, plates, etc.) and ensure availability during operations. Support in machine adjustments for color, registration, and quality control. Monitor machine performance and report any issues or abnormalities. Help in routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the machine. Ensure proper stacking, bundling, and handling of finished printed materials. Maintain records of daily output, wastage, and material usage. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design standards. Key Responsibilities Develop engaging designs for brochures, banners, posters, social media posts, presentations, website graphics, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics as needed for internal and external communication. Edit and enhance photos, including colour correction, background removal, and retouching. Prepare final artwork files for print production and coordinate with printing vendors when required. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support content creation activities. Work on multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
