The Telecalling Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via calls, explaining services and offerings, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving customer queries, and contributing to sales efforts by identifying and generating leads through effective communication and relationship management. Qualifications Proficiency in verbal and written communication, active listening, and interactive skills Ability to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and build relationships effectively Sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills to generate leads and close deals Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and documentation tools Ability to work under target-driven environments with strong organizational and time-management skills Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is advantageous Fluency in regional languages and English preferred
