Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Destination Services Coordinator role based in Lava. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing travel itineraries, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth logistics. Other responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, monitoring service quality, and addressing client needs. The role also involves troubleshooting on-the-spot issues to deliver exceptional service to travelers. Qualifications Travel planning, itinerary management, and vendor coordination skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service abilities Ability to handle on-site operations and resolve logistical issues dynamically Proficiency in basic computer skills, with knowledge of travel booking systems as a plus Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
