Classroom Management: Organize daily schedules, including nap/snack times, manage transitions, and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment. Child Development: Observe and encourage social interaction, conflict resolution, self-esteem, and independence, helping children reach developmental milestones. Parent Communication: Maintain positive relationships, provide regular updates on child progress, and collaborate with parents to understand children's backgrounds. Safety & Well-being: Supervise children at all times, adhere to health/safety standards, and ensure basic needs like feeding and rest are met. Collaboration: Work with other educators to create enriching experiences and implement school-wide goals.
