You are looking for a Hardware Designer with 2-3 years of experience to design and implement electronic hardware systems. As a Hardware Designer, you will be engaged in all phases of hardware design, starting from conceptualization to production. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing hardware for embedded systems, performing schematic capture and PCB layout using industry-standard tools, collaborating with firmware engineers for hardware-software integration, conducting testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability, optimizing hardware for performance, power consumption, and cost, as well as preparing documentation for manufacturing and testing. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of experience in hardware design, proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc., a good understanding of circuit design, signal integrity, and EMC considerations, experience with hardware debugging and testing tools, familiarity with microcontrollers, power supplies, and sensors, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
