The role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors , ensuring consistent sales growth and market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong networking skills with in-depth product knowledge and a passion for interiors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting architects, interior designers, and builder networks. Identify, connect, and build long-term partnerships with industry professionals to generate leads and secure projects. Present product offerings (modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related interior solutions) in a consultative and solution-oriented manner . Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and convert opportunities into sales. Ensure smooth coordination between clients, in-house designers, and production teams for timely execution. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects in CRM/records, ensuring consistent follow-ups. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand visibility. Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to support product and strategy development. Key Requirements Proven 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in modular furniture, interiors, or allied industries (building materials, laminates, hardware, etc.). Strong network and established relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders in the Delhi/NCR market (or willingness to develop quickly). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork. Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
