Role Overview: As an Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar) MES Expert, you will be responsible for the plan, design, configuration, development, and testing of the Opcenter application. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth implementation and maintenance of the application. Your role will involve utilizing Siemens integration technology (AIG T4ST, CN4T & CN4S) to enable closed-loop manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, configure, implement, develop, and maintain Siemens Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar MES) application to meet the operational requirements of the company. - Analyze, design, configure, develop, and test requested functionality within the development environment. - Install and configure Opcenter Core & Electronics for high availability. - Support the operations team in testing and accepting new changes in the Opcenter test environment. - Collaborate with the DBA team to migrate newly developed functionality to the production environment with minimal negative impact on the business. - Monitor the Opcenter Core & Electronics application to ensure smooth operation in the production line. - Maintain documentation for key applications. - Follow industry best practices for Software Development Life Cycle and adhere to company policies and practices for Opcenter Core & Electronics. - Work with the global IT team, including Opcenter Core & Electronics experts, for MES projects and support activities. - Provide training to junior team members and users as necessary. - Support analytics activities related to Opcenter Core & Electronics. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in planning, designing, configuring, implementing, developing, and testing MES applications, specifically Siemens Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar). - Proficiency in utilizing Siemens integration technology such as AIG T4ST, CN4T & CN4S. - Knowledge of industry-leading practices for Software Development Life Cycle. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global IT colleagues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support junior team members and users. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining applications for smooth operation in production environments.
