Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a WTG Installation Lead, based in Hubli. The WTG Installation Lead will be responsible for overseeing the installation of wind turbine generators (WTGs). Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and troubleshooting installation issues. The role involves direct supervision of installation activities, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in wind turbine installation, and knowledge of wind energy systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the renewable energy sector Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
