Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to address client inquiries related to our wires and cables products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding wires and cables products, installation, and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance, compatibility, or installation. Assist sales and engineering teams with product specifications and technical requirements. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback for continuous improvement. Offer technical training and resources to clients and internal teams as required. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address product concerns. Stay updated on the latest advancements in wires and cables technology to ensure accurate and up-to-date support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, E&I, Mechanical or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the wires and cables or electrical industry. Strong understanding of wires and cables products, industry standards, and applications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
