looking for cfa level 1 cleared or pursuing candidates for financial Analyst/Research analyst profile- Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis of companies undergoing insolvency under the NCLT CIRP process to identify potential acquisition targets for stressed asset investments. ● Play a cross-functional role across two departments: 1) NCLT Division – Research and due diligence on distressed companies, supporting acquisition strategies. 2) AIF Division – Contribute to the structuring and launch of Sidhvandan Stressed Asset Fund I, an AIF Category II scheme registered with SEBI, focused on investing in stressed companies acquired through NCLT. ● Collaborate with senior management on fund structuring, market research, and investment pipeline development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): current and expected salary Work Location: In person
