We’re hiring: Motion Designer Who are we? We are Sideways: a problem simplification and solutions agency. We help products, services, and ideas land in the real world, clearly, cleverly. And with care. Who are we looking for? A Motion Designer. But also a storyteller who can make ideas move. You’re fluent in the Adobe suite: After Effects (and its plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro. You have 3 - 6 years of experience in motion graphics and editing. You know how to bring characters to life, how to blend live action with animation, and how to make a story hold from the first frame to the last. What you will do? Shape projects from the initial spark to the final frame. Craft visuals across 2D, compositing, typography, and sound and help create stories that stick. Use animation principles not just to decorate, but to communicate. Experiment with AI tools to push the limits of what’s possible. Collaborate with different creative teams to maximize the quality of output. Possess the ability to be flexible with your style; minimalistic one day, cinematic the next.
