Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Owner of Siddiqui Enterprises, located in Baheri. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring production quality, and driving business growth. In this role, the Owner will also develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. Additionally, the Owner will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Leadership and management skills Experience in electronics manufacturing and production Financial management and budgeting skills Strategic planning and business development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance Ability to work on-site in Baheri Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
