Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the institute’s Para Medical and Computer courses, developing student admissions, and building partnerships with schools, colleges, and local communities. The role involves fieldwork, counseling, and business development to achieve admission and enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and market Para Medical and Computer training programs to prospective students and partners. Conduct student counseling sessions to explain course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Visit schools, colleges, NGOs, and community centers to organize seminars, presentations, and awareness programs. Build and maintain relationships with educational counselors, agents, and local influencers for lead generation. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets as set by management. Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain proper records in the admission register. Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, leads, and admissions. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: Minimum Graduate (Preference to candidates with background in Marketing, Business, or related fields). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Educational Promotion. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email). Knowledge of local area and community engagement. Preference for candidates experienced in education, skill development, or vocational training sector. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of student admissions achieved. Number of leads generated and converted. Institutional tie-ups and promotional activities conducted. Quality of counseling and customer satisfaction.
