As an Assistant Merchandiser (Leather Goods) at Sibrama Newage, your role will involve supporting the merchandising team in various tasks related to product development, vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in buyer communication regarding samples, approvals, and order details. - Coordinate with vendors for raw materials (leather, linings, hardware, etc.) and follow up on timelines. - Support in tracking production schedules and ensuring timely order execution. - Work with quality teams to ensure products meet buyer specifications and standards. - Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining merchandising documentation. - Stay updated on trends in leather goods and provide inputs for new product development. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Leather Technology/LEATHER ACCESSORIES is a MUST. - 01 years experience / FRESHERS preferably from FDDI in merchandising, in leather goods only (bags, small leather goods, accessories). - Knowledge of leather materials, finishes, and accessory components. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). - Good communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,
