Role & responsibilities Customer Acquisition: - Drive direct sales to achieve room bookings and other resort services. Proactively engage with potential customers, businesses, and travel agents to generate leads. Develop relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, travel agencies, and event organizers for group bookings and corporate events. Sales Strategy:- Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new markets and client segments (e.g., corporate, leisure, weddings, and destination events). Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients. Partnership Development: - Establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and travel agencies. Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business. Client Retention: - Follow up with past clients to ensure repeat business. Develop loyalty programs and incentives for returning guests. Website & SEO: - Oversee the resorts website content and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).Work with the web development team to ensure the website is updated and user-friendly. Social Media Management:- Manage the resort's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), posting engaging content regularly. Use social media campaigns to promote resort packages, events, and offers. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and conversions. Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content (blog posts, videos, photos, etc.) for the website and social media platforms. Work closely with the creative team to produce promotional material and advertisements. PPC and Online Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase online visibility and lead generation. Monitor ROI on digital ad spend an optimize campaigns for better performance. Analytics & Reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, social media insights, and email metrics). Use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising. Experience with email marketing software (Mail chimp, Hub Spot, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software. Creative and result-driven with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
