Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to make outbound calls, generate leads, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain products/services and generate interest Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team (if applicable) Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets Maintain call records and feedback reports Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Good verbal communication in Hindi, English, or local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.) Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
