Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements Maintain and monitor books of accounts using Tally ERP Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support budgeting processes Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants Liaise with the companys CA, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding for future expansion and growth plans Handle income tax matters and facilitate audits and assessments Lead and supervise the accounts team Preferred candidate profile - Strong knowledge of Tally ERP & Tally Prime - Sound understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances - Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, MIS preparation, and handling audits - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

Role & responsibilities Data Entry Tasks: 1. Enter, verify, and update accurate data into the organizations databases and systems. 2. Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 3. Perform regular data backups as needed. 4. Generate reports and summaries as required by the management. IT Assistance: 1. Support senior in technical needs for hardware, software, and network issues. 2. Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and other IT infrastructure. 3. Monitor and maintain the organizations network connectivity and help troubleshoot minor issues and day to day tasks. 4. Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for any IT like (Internet issues, repair services etc.) Documentation & Coordination: 1. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, system updates, and support requests. 2. Assist in preparing IT-related documentation and standard operating procedures. 3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure their IT needs are met efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Education : Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent qualification. Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and basic networking. 2. Knowledge of operating systems is a plus. Soft Skills: 1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
