Job Title: Nano & Micro Influencer Manager Location: Hybrid (India HQ with global remote collaborations) Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Community Growth Lead ⸻ Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Nano & Micro Influencer Manager to identify, onboard, and manage global nano and micro influencers for Shvéta Labs. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, contract and payout management, and the ability to strategically disengage influencers when needed, ensuring brand alignment and ROI. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Influencer Discovery & Onboarding • Research and identify suitable nano (1k–10k) and micro (10k–100k) influencers globally across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. • Evaluate influencers based on brand alignment, audience quality, engagement rates, and region-specific reach. • Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and onboarding process. Campaign & Relationship Management • Design collaboration briefs and ensure influencers follow brand guidelines. • Track influencer deliverables (posts, reels, stories, lives). • Maintain long-term relationships with high-performing influencers. • Monitor influencer performance metrics: engagement, conversion, ROI. Contract & Payout Management • Draft and manage influencer contracts in alignment with legal and compliance. • Oversee timely payouts and maintain payout logs. • Coordinate with finance team for disbursements. Exit & Disengagement Management • Evaluate influencers quarterly for performance. • Handle termination of contracts smoothly while preserving goodwill. • Maintain a rotation pool of active/inactive influencers. Reporting & Analytics • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards. • Provide insights on ROI, regional effectiveness, and campaign success. • Suggest influencer strategy improvements. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (nano & micro focus preferred). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Familiarity with global influencer platforms and campaign tools (Upfluence, AspireIQ, or in-house CRMs). • Excellent organizational and financial management skills. • Global cultural awareness and adaptability. #hiring #jobforjob #managerhiring Interseted Candidate can Apply on sourav@shvetalabs.com
