As a Nano & Micro Influencer Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing influencer partnerships globally. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Researching and identifying nano (1k10k) and micro (10k100k) influencers across various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. - Evaluating influencers based on brand alignment, audience quality, engagement rates, and region-specific reach. - Managing the influencer outreach, negotiation, and onboarding process. - Designing collaboration briefs and ensuring influencers adhere to brand guidelines. - Tracking influencer deliverables such as posts, reels, stories, and lives. - Maintaining long-term relationships with high-performing influencers. - Monitoring influencer performance metrics including engagement, conversion, and ROI. - Drafting and managing influencer contracts in compliance with legal requirements. - Coordinating with the finance team for disbursements. - Evaluating influencers quarterly for performance and handling contract terminations smoothly. - Maintaining a rotation pool of active/inactive influencers. - Preparing monthly and quarterly performance dashboards and providing insights on ROI, regional effectiveness, and campaign success. - Suggesting improvements to influencer strategy. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on nano and micro influencers preferred. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Familiarity with global influencer platforms and campaign tools such as Upfluence, AspireIQ, or in-house CRMs. - Excellent organizational and financial management skills. - Global cultural awareness and adaptability.
