We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in frontend development using React.js and backend development using Node.js . The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to microservices and micro-frontend architectures , cloud-native development, and modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Frontend (React.js Preferred) Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js Implement micro-frontend architecture where required Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable components Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Backend (Node.js – Preferred) Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js Build and maintain microservices-based architectures Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data handling mechanisms Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of backend services Architecture & Integration Design and work with microservices and event-driven architectures Integrate asynchronous messaging systems using Kafka Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) Containerize applications using Docker Deploy and orchestrate services using Kubernetes Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend frameworks Solid understanding of microservices architecture Experience with micro-frontend architecture Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Working knowledge of Kafka or other message brokers Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design Good to Have Experience with TypeScript Knowledge of serverless architectures Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments What We Look For Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Ownership mindset and attention to code quality and scalability
