Preferred Background Developer background preferred. Experience with real estate developers is highly advantageous. Job Summary Seeking a Legal Assistant specializing in real estate law. Strong expertise in compliance, legal drafting, and documentation related to construction, redevelopment, and development projects. Key Skills & Competencies Compliance Expertise – Construction & redevelopment project compliance. Legal Drafting – English (mandatory), Marathi (preferable). Knowledge of property laws, real estate regulations, and redevelopment processes. Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities A. General Legal Work Draft, review, and vet agreements & contracts (Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, related documentation, etc.). Handle legal correspondence and maintain organized records. B. Documentation Handling Manage appointment letters, internal/external minutes of meetings (MoMs), and compliance documentation related to Section 79A directive. Prepare and maintain NBFC agreements. Secure necessary permissions and clearances. C. OC-Related Compliances Coordinate and obtain mandatory approvals such as Fire NOC, Tree NOC, and other authority clearances.
