The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Special Education. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the field is required, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Hindi and English is necessary, with knowledge of Gujarati being preferred. Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, diagnoses, and therapy for individuals with speech and language disorders. You will be responsible for performing various diagnostic tests, including OAE tests, as well as fitting hearing aids.
