Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee records, office management, and general administrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties: Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding. Maintain employee records and update the HR database. Monitor employee performance through appraisal systems and periodic feedback. Assist in implementing the performance management system, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and tracking progress. Support managers in evaluating employee development and identifying training needs. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits. Administrative Duties: Oversee office maintenance and supplies management. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs. Manage facility operations such as security, housekeeping, and maintenance. Support logistics activities and inventory management. Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper allocation. Support in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Maintain inventory records, perform regular stock audits Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure timely delivery. Ensure proper storage, issuance, and tracking of inventory items Prepare inventory reports and support audits as needed. Accounts Duties: Handle petty cash management and voucher maintenance. Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments. Maintain records of bills, receipts, and payment follow-ups. Support monthly reports related to admin and HR expenses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Job Summary: The CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathe machines to produce precision metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. The role requires knowledge of machining processes, quality inspection methods, and adherence to safety and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and other machining operations. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process. Make necessary machine adjustments to control feed, speed, and depth of cut. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Document production runs, part counts, and machine settings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow all safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements: High school diploma or technical/vocational training in machining (preferred). Proven experience operating CNC lathe machines (1–3 years minimum). Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and machining symbols. Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Willingness to work in a shift-based or fast-paced production environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in CNC machining or mechanical trades.
