Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Staff Accountant located in Ranchi. The Junior Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with audits. Additional duties include processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the accuracy of entries, and providing administrative support to the accounting department. Qualifications Proficiency in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports Experience with bank statement reconciliation and audit support Skills in processing accounts payable and receivable Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
