Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychologist, located in Bhuj. The Psychologist will provide assessments, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to patients with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the well-being of patients. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, educating patients and families, and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications Expertise in Counseling Psychology, Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Proficient in conducting psychological assessments and creating personalized treatment plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong documentation and report-writing skills Knowledge of cultural dynamics and sensitivity to diverse populations Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field Professional licensure or certification as a practicing psychologist (as required by local regulations) Prior experience in hospital or community mental health settings is an advantage
