Role & responsibilities Conduct EHS induction & develop safe work culture. Implement & monitor EHS SOPs, trackers & compliance. Plan & conduct safety drills and emergency response. Support internal/external audits & CAPA actions. Ensure PPE availability, usage & stock control. Monitor first aid, fire extinguishers & hydrant system. Supervise STP, waste management & environmental monitoring. Prepare near miss/incident reports & maintain records. Participate in safety committee meetings & awareness drives. Ensure display of EHS policies, signages & guidelines.
