Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a School Counsellor. The School Counsellor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, addressing their emotional, social, and academic needs. Day-to-day tasks include individual and group counseling sessions, career counseling, and developing strategies to support mental health. The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a supportive and nurturing environment for all students. Qualifications Expertise in Student Counseling and Counseling Career Counseling skills Knowledge and experience in Psychology and Mental Health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize and provide support to students with diverse needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field Experience working with children with learning difficulties is a plus
