We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator who can efficiently manage daily office tasks, maintain records, and support basic accounting functions. The role also requires good communication and persuasion skills to coordinate with clients and assist in sales-related documentation or negotiations when needed. Responsibilities: Operate computer systems and software for data entry, reporting, and documentation. Manage and maintain digital records, invoices, and reconciliations. Handle basic accounting tasks such as payment tracking and ledger entries. Communicate with clients for information sharing, updates, and follow-ups. Support sales team by preparing documents, quotations, and assisting in negotiations. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, email, data entry, accounting software). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Basic knowledge of accounting principles, Good communication and persuasion abilities, Flexible approach and adaptability in handling multiple tasks.
