Handle special requests, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Operations & Supervision Oversee waiters, runners, and stewards during service. Allocate sections and monitor staff performance. Ensure tables are properly set as per service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery. Conduct pre-service briefings and check staff grooming.
