Position: Senior Accounts Manager:- We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Accounts professional to lead and oversee our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing team efficiency through effective delegation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations, and maintaining high standards in reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts team. Improve operational efficiency through structured workflow delegation and performance monitoring. Review and assess the accuracy and quality of financial records and reports. Manage all banking operations, including payments, reconciliations, and fund flows. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Handle Letters of Credit and related banking instruments efficiently. Possess a strong understanding of import procedures, including Bills of Entry and customs documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, banking procedures, and trade finance. Familiarity with import documentation and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
