The Multiskilled Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to facility maintenance, equipment repair, and general upkeep of the premises. Qualifications Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance skills Plumbing and Carpentry skills Experience in HVAC maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environments Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Technical certification or relevant training
