Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Garment Sales Head to join our growing fashion business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the sales of western wear for kids, men, and women, and be capable of managing both in-office responsibilities and field travel . Role & responsibilities: Promote and sell western wear garments to retailers, distributors, and clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase sales revenue. Coordinate with the merchandising and production team for sampling, order execution, and timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales records, client feedback, and performance reports. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments. Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of western wear apparel (fabrics, trends, fits). Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Client relationship management and follow-up discipline. Ability and willingness to travel for field sales when required. Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Eligibility Criteria: 5-10 years of proven experience in garment sales (preferably western wear). Graduate in Fashion, Marketing, or any related field. Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and presentable. Strong network within the apparel retail/distribution sector is a plus
