Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account cum Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments. Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and delivery notes. and Handel client and taking follow ups Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and reconcile bank statements. Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and daily office tasks. Respond to phone calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries. Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
